rockette is another model i developed in lightwave, based on the same mesh i used for my earlier vampirella model. she was rigged & posed in poser. this scene also used bryce, and photoshop for compositing the elements.

hmmm...a nude, poser, nazi smasher with what look like nipple plates. This is a blending of things I never thought any human would consider. |

well it's a fact that the first thing that will be put into pieces by the nearest plane will be this guy's nuts.
more seriously, there's something about the whole image that just doesn't work right.
i guess it's because of the color choice, and the realistic background. also, the light isn't interesting enough: too bright, too white. add an extra light tone in there.
more fixing in photoshop will probably help i guess. |

i like it, but like some one else said. it seems to bright. more dramatic lighting would be nice i think. perhaps making the background a bit darker. the title also seems a bit too small. i am assuming you're going for one of those 30's - 40's style of movie posters. if so, then the title should be at the top and in bigger letters, just add more space to the top and it should be fine. but all in all it's a good image. good work |

glad you all like it. it was a bit of a pain in the a**, but a fun pain in the a**.
actually, up there above the clouds on a sunny day, it does get awfully bright. that being said, i'm not surprised about comments on the color and the brightness or darkness. i have 4 monitors here to check my work on and it looks a bit different on each one.
meanwhile as far as the titling goes, no i'm not going for the movie poster look. think of it as "station identification".
well, back to the salt mines ... |
