I just bought a Graphire 2. I had a Intuos 2 but I broke it and well I can't afford to buy another one.
Anyways just testing out the Graphire 2. Just know that I haven't used a tablet in 2 years! So be as harsh as you can on the critiques!
Anyways hope you all enjoy my work.

Not bad, you're definitely heading in the right direction. The color and overall mood is pretty good, but I think the whole thing can be simplified greatly. Strip down your techniques and approach it simply and basically. Don't noodle and scribble. Use confident lines and edges to solidify the whole piece, rather than slowly tweaking away at it. Just keep on practicing and you'll develop that confidence, but don't be afraid to lay down some solid strokes. |
