ahh.. This is Tamamo no mae, the most imfimously evil of all the 9-tailed kitsune foxes. she is a demon who assumes the form of a beutifull woman to make her way into the lives of the aristocracy and kings as well, but one things for certain, after shes had her fill of them she steals there happyness and eventually there lives. as a human shes travels all over asia, and the bodys keep piling up. her true form is that of this 9-tailed fox. (foxes who live 1000 years become a 9 tailed kitsune) she eventually came to japan and befrended a prince till he saw through her scheme and she took off in exile.
she is the reson why most humans fear the kitsune..


i hope this immage isnt too hard to see, shes cutting off the head of an archer who shot her, shes killing him with a short blade called a 'wakazashi" hehe bonapetite!

very nice! im not sure about the kitsune's eyes, but everything else is beautiful. i especially like the leaf pattern on its clothing and the tails! hope to see more in this style.

Gorgeous as always. Looks like the fox has recently transformed from a woman -- seems to be spilling right out of the kimono (sp?). Lovely art, as ever, and goddamn that inking must have taken days!

Nice drawing!

Not a lot to crit really. As usual though, I have tried my hardest to find something. That's nice of me isn't it...!

The eyes look a bit weird. The pearls in freefall look a bit flat compared to the others still on the necklace. There should be some 'disturbance' of the fur where the arrows have gone in. Maybe consider adding a shadow to give the scene a 'ground'.
