I agree with Zak. It looks like the under-barrel part of the gun is pointing in an opposite direction of the barrel.

Awsome work Duck , that gun is insane !!

edit } actually it is just the shading effect is a little off , if you fallow the perspective lines along the gun clip and the barral then they match up .
