That's beautiful. The unicorn appears to express some fear imo. It seems a little small...or maybe it's just surrounded by some extremely well-growing vegetation. Anywaysm nice work

goodie, goodie, goodie I love unicorns. Have you ever looked at Robert Vavra's 'Unicorns I have known' Beautiful book. Had it for years.

Basement - That book (one picture in particular) is EXACTLY what inspired me to do this piece. Its a gorgeous book

Very nice! Good rendering. I would define the BG into some larger roots and dirt, but keep the values back there similar enough not to make them a focal point. It just looks a tad abstract(hey, I know it was just for fun

Beth I would love to see you do one with two unicorns frolicing together by the beach. That would be sooooooooo cool. You would do such a good job on it.

Amazingly beautiful and poetic..
it oozes with romance.. lovely..
if i were a girl i would fall in love with an artist who brings such a haunting imagery to his work.. good job .. best praise i have given anybody so far..

stunning as always, jez... is that painter? or did you manage to get those effects out of photoshop 7?

wow,

I totaly love the mood of the picture!
nive texteuring to.
I have one comment try to make the plants in front allitle more detailed.
I really like the shading of the unicorn to.
