Sweet battle- you are a one man production studio! This is a step above Mountain Builder 1.0. Unfortuneately, Cambria beat me. I liked the concept art too. |

Hey Kari, What's up man, I still remember those first flash experiments at the old CID. How's married life? I'm getting Married on Tuesday! Ha ha ha. Have fun playing.

Oh my god! That is so awesome. Great work! And it's fun playing too. I can't critizise anything about it sorry.
What are you going to change till the final version? I think it's pretty much perfect now. And it works perfectly on my machine =) |

Kudos to you!
Just great! Looks very good.
How long are you doing capoeira yourself?
What style are the capoeiristicas in your game playing? Angola, Regional, Abada?
Greetings

Art and Animation is sweet! The problem is I think play balance needs some adjustment. I played about 5 times, and I got my ass handed to me by the AI. Most of time, I didn't even get a chance to kick. However, I think the game has alot of potential.
nice work |

wow.. that is probably the best Flash game i've ever played. Like above though it is a bit too hard. Most of the time the AI would charge you and you get just beat to a pulp at the edge of the screen. once you get cornered your done for basically. Also the 1 player controls are a bit wierd, maybe the moves should be GHBN instead of GHVB.
Still is the best Flash game i've ever seen, even in beta. |

Well, it's awesome, but let us change the controls? On a split keyboard it makes it just a LITTLE awekward if you understand. The H is all the way over on the other side. Just not cool. But awesome game ![](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

When I tried to play, all I saw were shadows and no fighters
Very cool game! If I could get it to work.
How long did this take you to produce? It's some damn fine work mate...

Thanks for the comments everyone. I've been working on it in my spare time since christmas but I already had a lot to go from with the CF1 game that I made last year.
I've been playing capoeira for 3 years now. It's so fun in real life, I think it deserves for recognition in the gaming industry.
You can change your controls, it's just a little bit tricky in flash to SHOW that they have been changed. Go to options, and read the instructions under controls. THE YELLOW LETTERS DO NOT REFRESH YET EVEN THOUGH THE BUTTON HAS CHANGED.
The ai, well the ai. I'm kind of proud of that, I wanted to make an ai that could beat me, without being stronger, or being able to do moves I couldn't. That alway ticked me off about other games when they make the enemy have 5,000 times more hit points, or do 10 times as much damage as you do, instead of just making them smarter. Maybe I should set the default difficulty to 1 though. Try computer skill 1 and let me know.
The special dodge (charge back then forward with back arm) gets out of corners nicely.
on the just shadows thing, I noticed on my g3 it took about 10 seconds to load the characters, even though on my pc it's instant. try waiting few seconds and see if it loads
Have fun,a dn keep playing!

yeah, if you set it to one its really easy, but then at two you get destroyed. maybe if the difficulty increased more gradually? |
