that is really *very* beautiful

i have a couple of pointers though

1. the pupils are ALWAYS the darkest part of the face (her eyelids etc are black, yet her pupils are very faded). I'd highly recomend fixing that

and
2. The black on her jaw makes her look like she has a goatie! unless its a guy with a beard......

Looks good. You're definately improving. I think you should fix her left eye. Now she looks a little bit cross-eyed compared to the reference.
