Hello, it's been a loong time since I last posted here. Most of you won't recognize me anymore, but anyways here are three drawigns I'd like to share with you:
This is a portrait from a photo. If you want me to post the photo, just ask.
A tree with the name of the previous girl on it. Simple.
And a happy teddy bear playing with a heart balloon.
That's it, comments and crits welcome.

These are pretty nice, you should try to get your hands on "drawing on the right side of the brain" by betty edwards. I'ts a good book and i think you could benefit from using it.
The branches on that tree don't look like anything you'd see on a healthy one.
The teddybear looks nice, it'd be cuter if it had a smaller nose and rounder features IMO. |

I'll try to get it, thanks.
Also, that's the first tree I try to draw seriously, and I will practice more =)
About the teddy, I agree with you.
Thanks for the compliments!

Hehe I still remember you
I'll comment on the face, because that's the thing I know most about of these I think you should develop your planes a bit, that would make it easier to establish good lighting. Also, I'd say sharpen your pencil a bit more and shade with crosshatching, though that's probably a taste thing
Your name taken from Final Fantasy VIII by any chance ? |

Glad to see someone still remember me =)
I agree with you about the lighting, but I have to say I have focused on form, and I will probably focus on lighting from on, so I take your comments into account, thanks.
And my name is taken from the Viking Mythology =) what about yours?

Hey, those look pretty cool! You are making great progress, man. Your lines are still a bit wobbly though. But that will change with enough time and practice. Just keep it up. Your on the right track! =) |
