Click here to see the animation
I already managed to come up with 5 variations of this text for 5 different forums, now how is that ? Lame. I know.
...and don't ask me about horstenpeter
Anyways, this is some quickie animation I did this week after adding a peg bar to my light table, which I thought was cool.
It's sort of a tribute to synj, because I love his stuff. But I am so inferior to him and that is making me mad. So yeah in a way that guy is me. |

do not fret mister. it takes alot of practice. i am nowhere near where I want to be with it yet hehe
when i started animating, i was lucky if my character could take a single step. i stabbed and broke many inanimate objects, leaving a trail of destruction behind my large balls.
then one day my character took two steps but then i couldn't get him to jump. so i murdered a small family of 37.
later on after that i was able to make my character do alot of things, but there was still no satisfaction in the timing.
since there was nothing left to kill or break I just kept on trying. that is the moral of the story
the end
the animation isn't bad but when he settles on the ground you might want to have that go a bit faster. you might wanna experiment with some more extreme squishes as well.

i think this is good, it just looks like it's in slow motion. |

synj, thanks for the comment, yeah the squish is barely even there, was the first time ever I used squish in my animation so hehe. And there's too much secondary stuff compared to the main action so that's something I'll have to work on.
snowman, yeah you're right. I did so much experimenting with slow in and slow out that this animation ended up taking 42 frames. That's bad, I think it could have been done in like 10-15 frames by someone who knows what he's doing Oh well synj is right gotta keep working on it. |

It looks cute, you could try to add some shading... |
