thanks to the helpful crits I got from this site and others I have fixed up what I think were all the problem areas on this guy.

I completely re-drew his face/head, gave him a more defined shoulder under the cape, lengthened his right foot and shortened the heel on the same foot.

I like that thick outline! Do you plan on coloring this?

It will be coloured, but not by me. There is a colourist working on the project with me.

Thats better! but he looks a bit sad, the eyes are great but the mouth. I think you should make the mouth more linear, or but a little smile on him, a mighty smile!

oh, looks good, reminds me a little bit of Gatsu from the Anime series "Berserk".
