PLaying with this character, can't think of any interesting costume elements. Think I've taken another step up in terms of the face and hair, but my anatomy is still sadly lacking.

Yes, her right arm (left arm from my perspective) seriously needs some adjustment, but I can't seem to describe it in words......or you might consider changing her pose alltogether cause it looks a bit akward the way she is pointing at what ever it is (could be some drunken hick...me?)

I think her glass could use a bit more refining because it's just distracting right now, like it was just drawn on carelessly at the end.
the dress could really use some interesting element, because when designing characters, especially for anime characters who can't have any distinctive features on their FACE, gotta have interesting looking costumes or hair styles, or weapons etc..
The best way of doing this is to copy (that's right, COPY) other cool anime characters and develope your own ideas from it. (Besides, anime is rip off of every other anime)
