It's a cool image, however I would have liked to see the mech, its not very clear. Loose the filters cause it would probably look good without them.

I am sorry, but it looks like a filter-fest. I use filters more than anybody else I know, but you have to incorporate atleast some sort of a design aspect into to make it art.

You can stack layers of shit all day, but its won't be considered art by others merely because you want it to be.

Well how good it is depends on how much of that you done yourself, or if you just modified some other picture/photo.

It looks good though, but I skip the majority of the text and its a lot of empty areas around the picture, maybee a bit trendy but anyway .. looks cool

And on the filter discussion, Just becouse you use filters doesnt mean you are a bad artist.
If you on the other hand apply a lot of filters to a Photo and claim you painted it its bad. But using filters is not bad becouse you used a filter. you still have to be an artist to make it good.
I have seen quite a lot of digitalpictures made from Photos and filters that are great art. The only difference is that they are using another tool to express themself.
