That is insane awesome if you painting that eagle. But, it looks like its cut from a photo. The top of the bird has a green 1 pixel line around it that makes it look like the bird was pasted into the image and then the sky was blended to compensate. |

Hate to sound like an idiot here, but what types of painting programs are you folks using? I have seen some really nice works that indicate they were done on the computor rather than canvas. |

uhh... I'm getting sick of the whole pride thing!
I've been living in the states for 8 months and I sure like this country a lot, but what I don't like are people saying things like : "we should just drop a bomb on the rest of the world" or "America is the world's best country"
Here are news for you...they're not.
There is no such thing as a "best country"
I'm sorry if I'm offending anybody, but I'm trying to show people that there is something besides ignorance whenever I can.
This does not specifically relate to anybody in this forum, but I just had to make that comment, because I've seen to many eagles and flags lately.
Proud to be German!
How about that?
Can't say it anymore today, because you're being associated with fu**ing Hitler and the rest of the gang right of the bat.
Uhm...somebody please delete this post.
I'm just frustrated right now...
Sorry I chose your piece to let it out, John...

Congratulations, that is easily one of the most poorly constructed mass of words I've ever read on these message boards.
Whatever your background is, perhaps you should focus on learning English. |

naw.. u dont sound like an idiot.. Most people that I know here use Adobe Photoshop and/or Procreate Painter 7. Still.. you'll need lots of practise and skills to be as good as the top people here.

that depends. if flaming is what you're into (cornflake piss remarks encourage flaming), then sijun is probably suitable. for less flaming, try http://www.eatpoo.com .
the reason you're copping flak is because you didn't state that you were using photos.

yes to anser a question long forgotten we use a program called Photoshop to color and add effects to these drawings. such as that eagle being a painting is quite possible however untrue in this situation.
P.S. this is an art forum |

I thought photography was an art. I found this site by searching for digital art bulletin boards, I should have researched it a little more. I am also an "artist" though, and I was not aware that there are programs out there for "painting" looks like something I would enjoy. I never intended for this to become such a topic, saldbowls comments disturbed me and I believe she was being very considerate in her post, I believe some of the responses to it were out of line though. FYI I attempted to delete this post but was not allowed.
As for Senate, I was half drunk when I made the post earlier that you seemed to dislike so much, I'm only a quarter drunk now. Do this sound more better? |

split soul is an idiot. maybe not an idiot just nott educated with straight facts.
get it straight big guy... the americans "helped" in WW2 not fought it. ok?
they did not capture the "enigma"..most certainly did not crack the code. they didnt fight the majority of the german army.we should thank russia cuz they fought three fourths of the german army in stalingrad.
and big whoop that you beat the japanese. if it wasnt for Einstein you would still be fighting them. They were the most prepared out of all the axis power for an invasion.
so be happy to have you "freedom", but dont brag about shit your country didnt do. |

I've been living in the US for over seven years now and found, that the people that never have left America, spout the biggest words. They just got no comparison - everything is just about the US - sometimes it feels like an indoctrination - they've got nothing else to judge it by. As for this, the US could be like a valley in the tyrolean alps ...
But nevertheless - I like it here - and I've met people I would've never met anywhere else.
It's a love hate thing but more love than hate I guess. |

How about this : both is bullshit.
People in this country laugh at me and say : We beat you in WWII, haha.
And I respond : Well I'm glad you did.
And they look at me with big eyes.
You also have to be able to see when your country is doing things wrong.
That's one thing, many Americans are missing.
Underneath this was another half page or so, but this isn't a political forum.
Just had to respond to that quick.
Amen. |

John Parker: what do you mean by "A free nation has no limits"? To me it seems that the way the US excersize their "freedom" is by bombing countries that disagree with them, preferably smaller ones... And as for the art thing; blending three photographs together and adding a (lame) text to it doesn't count as art in my book...
