Yes, I'm hopeless, I like to "fix" my half year old paintings..
I have few excerpts below, but to see the rest of the pics go to my new full portfolio site.

Hehehe. I've veen thinking recently about "fixing up" EVERYTHING on my website.
Then I remembered that I already have a pile of unfinished paintings.
Um, the neck of the dragon is still a bit faint. Brighten up the highlight just a tad more? |

BG i hate to say this man but I cant get my head around that Dragons body??? It looks like one big tail and then on the left side of its body is this blurry mass that I can't make out, what is that? Think it needs some work , however the town looks awsome !! |

...and...there you go.
Well-done BG. You completed a slick looking portfolio. It's similar to the one I used to use in some ways, but a lot better,IMO.
You should land some great jobs with it. ;-) |

Well Bg, I do not find all of them better now....
The sundown by the dragon doesn't seem to cast the right amout and colour of light. It seems to me that the dragon ia lit far too blueish now. Compared to the red sun.
Also I find that the meteor image on your site looks a bit weird.
In the old one the smoke seemed to emenate from the rock in big puffy, circular clouds, and now they are small and pointing beackwards...The old one was more grand, I think.
Other than that, wich is more MY opinion rather that actual critique, they are all blazing hot

New addition to the portfolio (I made it for the bi-weekly seminar at InsideCG ,the theme was castles):
Binke, thanks man!
The Magic Pen: If your monitor's contrast differs (=darker) from mine I understand it may look unclear, this is a big problem with digital images.
Mythwarden: You made me smile
Flex: Thanks, you need to post more!!
Sukhoi, there's problems in all of the revised images and I'm aware of it, but I don't have the time to redraw them completely.. in fact I should be making new images and not fix the old ones. In the end the fixing usually causes new problems. Btw. I redrew the meteor using reference pics, so at least the smoke is more realistic in the new... of course it doesn't mean it looks better
Gargoyle: thanks!

Bg: I absolutely love this stuff! Awesome! The second one at the top and the one in your last post remind of the Psygnosis art for the "Shadow of the Beast" games that came out on the Amiga. You're work is improving at an astonishing rate. I think there this is perhaps a tendency to seperate objects a bit too much (e.g., the giant statue in the second pic seems to be add odds with the general atmosphere and lighting) though it's a minor silly crit.
Ltr!

Hmmmm.... I like the new piece, but I think the surface of the path on the left might be too smooth? |
