this is a concept in the front view kind of way, supposed to be a warrior that fears nothing, but many fears him. i realize that his right(our left) arm is wierd, but i'm quite finished with it anyways

the axe to the soldier looks like it's hanging straight down. (i think shouldn't be)
but quite good.

yeah i know, but the axe was like 10 minutes, the proportions are not good on that one, but it's just for clearing out what it is for the modelers

Looks like one of my attempts to design a character.
Especially when they wear shoulder pads or things like that it's always kinda hard to say how their arms should stick out... .

Anyway, I really like the shading!

thanks for the overpaint awtopsy, i couldn't see the problems with the arm really, it just got wierd, and i got blind to the problem due to much work on it
