Her arms look VERY weird! Like babyarms, and very handicapped. Sorry. |

hmmm... I think the left arm (her right) looks like its reversed. It also looks like your lighting is from the viewers perspective and not quite clear enough. I think its headed in the right direction... but you need to think more about where your light source is coming from and maybe think about a secondary and tertiary lightsource to define the sides a bit more.
I also think the girls face looks a bit like Gerri Haliwell. ![](http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/icons/icon14.gif) |

At my resolution, I've got to scroll down to see the lower half -- so in my mind, her head and hands are in good ratio. I saw it in Photoshop and saw that "deformed" look he was talking about.
Your hands look good, but you're suffering from Artist's Elephantitis. We want our girls to have big heads and small hands, small torsos... and we go overboard on anatomy. Just try to let your brush run a little longer, and don't be afraid to make hands too BIG. It's easier sizing down than up.
Here's a silly graphic.

She ain't a bad-looking girl, you know. I'm not smart with lighting, but I think it's nice! Flesh colors are good, too. Looks like an oil painting. ![](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |
