Hi everyone!
I posted this one in " speed painting 2" topic...But made in 2h, it was not really its place, I agree!Ok!Mea Culpa!
I have made no artistic studies, and it's really hard for me to use painting technics like you guys...If there is no black lines around...I'm lost, so manga or comics style is my destiny... I try regulary Painter's artworks, but it's like I loose all I know ( ...hmmm, not so much ) about shadows, lights, colors, when there is no lines!
Actually I am working on a serie of "TechnoFaeries", and you can see two of them here:
elfwood.lysator.liu.se/loth/f/r/franck/franck.html
So see you soon for a new one, forum: Work in progress, where you will follow the birth of one of them, and be able to post what you think about it, tips, helps, all the good things we can find here !

I like what you've done and know what you mean about the black lines, it's something that I'm only just getting out of the habit of doing. If you really want to stop relying on the lines I think that time and practice may get you out of the habit.
I think that the lines in general are good but there are few areas where they look too bold:- the gloves and the guns.
Cool pic. |

Nice work, the huge guns and hands don't really appeal to me tho. It seems like the guns don't interact with light in a very convincing way for metal either.
She looks a little like a madonna caricature . |
