okey. I'm trying to make a potrett...
I think (notise : I think), this is a quite good beginning. What is the best way to continue? Help me, or give my some addresses, where are good tutorials just for that thing!

IF you want to hear some criticism ...

First of all I have notice some major anatomical faults. It really depends if you are going for a realistic style or not. If you are then I suggest have a good look at human heads, buy some books, make some internet research.
Then your picture looks as if you used the dodge and burn tool a lot and then scribbled over it. Try to have a consistent look to your pic otherwise it will just look messy.
Try to imagine the face as different shapes and imagine how the light would fall onto these shapes and what shadows the generate.

P.S. keep on trying, the difference between a novice and a master is the amount of practice each one did...
