Hello! (^ ^)
I am new here. I used to go to other art fourms but they were not that friendly f(^ ^;; so I hope I can find nice people here to share thoughts and drawings with (^ ^)



This was drawn in Painter 6 using wacom intuos tablet. I drew this after my artist block..it took me more than four months, and I am getting weaker at Anatomy and poses (ToT) .. I hope I can get better with practice..I also wish to find a better way to color.

And no f(^o^;; ..this image did not TOOK ME 4 months! I guess I didn't explain clearly, I meant I haven't drawn in four month or more, and this CG is the first one I made after four months (^ ^;; ..it took me only three hours anyway.

Ah, for a while there i really thought you took four months to create one image... LOL
i understand now. Yeah, i know how you feel, artist's block sucks big time. When i get it, i WANT to draw, i WANT to paint, but when i pick up my pencil, or when i pick up my stylus ... nothing happens.

Hello and welcome to sijun, I like your style, it looks as if you have used a Manga style but somehow managed to make it look a lot different than the usual kind of Manga.

I've actually been drawing Japanese manga style since I was a kid, off and on (which never made me improve much since I forget so quick) I have my own style, mixed realistic / manga, well a little realistic anyway..

Here is some of my artwork from Sep~Dec 2001, unfortunately it's unfinished ones (=_=;; I never had the chance to finish these..

In my opinion I like them better than the bunny girl. gahh I got to practice (>o<;;

I really like your manga style! Really neat!

My prefered picture is the last one! The face coloring is really cute.

Also I think it is normal some times to have some 'artistic block', even if it is annoying. But you seem to be now ready to start again some marvelous pictures. Show us! go on!
