for me happiness has to be real otherwise it's not worth anything. instead of caused by drugs..

speed is not as bad as other drugs.
i just hope she took them with a responsible attitude knowing that she is affecting herself with ever dose. and i dont believe in that natural vs. drug high attitude. intoxicants shouldn't be used to enhance life... i look at it as experiencing life. when you are drunk, stoned or e-tarded then you look at situations differently. Personaly it gives me different views on life. But if i do something i dont abuse it, thats when you lose touch with yerself.
so dude dont be angry. support yer friend in a way to make her educated and not feel stupid cuz she tried it. jus' make sure she aint using substances to get away from something and that she understands the future effects which might be taking place.

sorry for the long anidote of what i think about drug use, and i know more than half of you will crucify me for what i said. I am entitled to an opinion as you are.


as for your picture i would sense more anger if you engulfed that cute lil character in the whole background and make more action strokes mixed with those vibrant reds...
that grey throws me off... ofcourse it was a quicky but if this were to be a finished product i would love to see more action coming from the whole background, as if the character is manipulating his suroundings with the anger. you picking up what im putting down?

Go Molako! YOu said exactly what I wished to say! I support you and totally know where you're coming from! The misconception about drugs is so pervasive. Also, this doesn't spell doom for your friend granted, as Molako says, that she is responsible. Yes, *gasp* responsible social drug users do exist! In fact, they are a huge chunk of the population that is always left out when it comes to drug issue debates. I know tons of people who are/were social drug users. They held down jobs/studies, often both quite successfully, contrary to popular myth

i didn't say anything about it to her. i just expressed some concern.
she's very important to me and i'm just worried for her. it's not really anger. maybe it's more like some kind of frustration.
i won't/can't stop her from using it and i don't want to either. it's her decision. i'm just worried for her.

As has been said, there is a huge difference between use and abuse ... abuse of whatever substance, even sugar or fat can be good. Amphetamines are mild drugs so the use of speed etc isn't a thing to be too worried of. I myself as a very ... mm ... easily badtripping ... person can't experiment with drugs much ... althrough I sometimes would wish to ...

as for the pic, yeah, the bw version does look better.

i don't think use or abuse does matter that much since she has to take a lot of other drugs because of her mental instability and i'm afraid something will happen when they are combined. that's the reason.
please get off my back about this.

I stand corrected - you're right, I don't know the details of the situation... I only wished to open up yet another side to the whole drug debate. I don't even remember reprimanding you or accusing you of getting mad at her. Either way - I didn't mean this to be a screaming match about whether or not you specifically got mad at your friend, only to say that just because your friend is now trying drugs, it doesn't mean she's doomed to a life of drug dependency.

Not to carry this drugdebate to far, but IO think that we have to live with our body, it's possibilities and the conflicts in our life. Everyone who thinks he can reach better hemispheres for thinking and experience cheats himself. You don't need any drugs, just hard work to reach a higher level of whatever you might want. And no, I'm not a right - winged Reaganlover, I also tried drugs, was ok, but nothing to make a philosophie out of it.
I the case of a serious mental problem, the can be ok, but they are no solution.
