Yes! I like it a lot too. That hand-foot sketch poster is absolutely incredible.

Hey guys thanks for the good words, and yeah I'm happy with that hand foot sketch too, a lot of the others on there from life are way to quick and I will replace them with better ones as they come, I'm in grade 12 right now, so I got a bit more time to get better before college/university

Frames sux?
What are we in '95?

IMO frames are fine, I mean if you have the technology use it.

Dude ,
Not bad I like it. The navigation is good and it is nicely lade out.
THe only two things that I would change is:
I think the banner is a little empty on the right side and the navigation fram on the left is a little thick. I you made it a little smaller you would have a larger space to show your gallery.
But all in all not bad.

Dude (man!) (heh heh), I've gone back a few times, and I really like that Self Portrait mod you did, too. Very creepy. What size do you start at? Many of these deserve bigger pixelage.

Also, having visited a few more times, I have new crits -- if you're still interested:

1) The splash page offers two formats, which is considerate, but not necessary. I'd dump the 640x480 button and let that page just showcase your art, with perhaps a warning that you'll want to set your browser to 1078x768. It looks fine at 800x600 (the fading standard, and I think the minimum res for new computers).

2) It's jarring to go from light pink to blue and white. If you fix the splash page, consider this.

3) There's no e-mail link! At least, not in the top frame. The biggest reason to have an online portfolio is for people to see and respond to it -- so make it easy for them to do. Get that "feedback" button up there on the first click. Maybe even on the splash page.

That's all! Nice work. Keep updating!

Hey!!

Thanks again for taking the time to check it out and give me some crits, it's very helpful and yeah, I've got quite a bit of hell about the front page :P which I will fix really soon, it's about a year old and It totally slipped my mind about the screen sizes but I will totally change that when I make some modifications. Yes, I too was kinda worried about the pink/blue/white color transition also, and was thinking about just turfing the splash page totally, we'll see, good point. About the email, I guess I origionally use the feedback button instead of the email link because I didn't wanna somehow get bogged down with junkmail, but now that I think about it, I must have been on crack :P, and yes, you better believe I will keep updating, now that I've got an okay site going it is easier to want to make art and no just be lazy.

Oh and by the way my latest sketchbook dimensions are about 10x14, close enough anyway. Yeah I could make those drawings a lot bigger and I don't really have a reason for making them soo small, I guess just for the smaller resolutions just so I didn't make them too big, but that's not really a factor any more

Once again thanks for your help and encouragement, It really helps a lot, and I will be sure to add updates on a regular basis now.
