Wow, that's great stuff...

The first picture gives me a very 'Dave Dorman' kind of feel...

Nice stuff.
I just dislike, on the 2nd pic, that brightness in the eyes. It's out of the style (see what I mean) ?
A question, why are you using both Photoshop 5.5 and 6 ? If the reason is that you don't find the dialog boxes of the tools, I bet that you didn't download the patch 6.0.1 which you can find on Adobe site (a trick : disactive your antivirus soft before to install the patch).
Adobe download page
I wish to have enough time to make such natural media with Photoshop

You needn't to draw nudes to be famous but, I'd like to see such a soft nude made by this way

I love the texture on the first one - it's like some worn-out polaroid taken during a dream. The hi-lites on her lips are beautiful, too.

Sort of so-so on the second pic, though. Her eyes look really good but the hair seems a little hurried and lacking in detail. Not a biggy, though. Great stuff!

Randis Albion-- Good work.

Please don't use nudity to attract viewers though. Wouldn't you rather people look at your work based on it's true essence instead of false advertising? Others have done it in the past and it's always frowned upon.

ok crits time:

First has an amazing texture work on the background and the left side of the picture. The face doesn't fit, looks like a cheap 3d render for the quality of rest.

Emotion is not well expressed on both pictures, no feeling, no interest in what's going on.

I hope you wanted critique

EDIT: By the way using the "contains nudity" quote just tends to scare people away, at least that's my case, I makes you think if the person posting is just looking for atention or an immature person that doesn't realize nudity is part of the artist rainbow by nature

I got interested by the "100% LOVE" part. I hope I wasn't the only one.

Nudity in the sense of sexual morbo, just atracts repressed teenagers, not very artistic minds.

@FabrysThanx for coments.
1) out of style? Whos style?
I don't go with the trend, so i don't care bout things like that.

2)I use 5.5 and 6 becouse some tools and layer parameters work a different way in 6 so i like 5.5 better. However i do not need this patch, i do not care about the dialog boxes... i use Photoshop and painter since the time it did make sence to work with this software, that is why i need the tools to work the way i need them to work.

The thing about the nudes was ironic, do not take it as serious.

@Lunatique
Don't take it serious, in fact i make the pics for myself only and just let the others see it, so i don't care much what attract them or not.

@Bump
>The face doesn't fit, looks like a cheap 3d render for the quality of rest

Well, fact is that is a quik Painter Painting and not a 3D CG, that is big difference.

>Emotion is not well expressed on both pictures, no feeling, no interest in what's going on.

Sorry, but reading this i do not agree with you.
This is not a Dusney cartoon. What i hate most is when people TRY to make realistic emotions on their characters, it looks allways so overdosed, like BIG acting.
in reality, not everyone do such a thing.
If you want to put deeper sence in your art you should learn to express emotions with other elements. You can express it with eyes, hair, lips, but you do not need to make them smile or look angry.
Well it is not easy to understand, i think western artist don't use this form of expression a lot anyway.
Since i have more interest in japanese art, my own work is influenced a lot.
You shoulds see the art of Yoshitaka Amano, (www.amanosworld.com) try to read the emotions in his pictures if you can.

On the other side you are right, i did not spend much time on those.
Like i said i was testing my tablet, both pics were created in maybe 1 hour.

Cheers

i think i'll disagree with the rest of the people who posted and say i think i like the second one better, i don't know why. the first one had some good textures though. however, some of the facial anatomy looks kind of weird, at least to me. her head is turned, but her nose is directly facing us. it also comes to a point. her lips might be a little too far to the right too, but i could just be thinking this because of the way the nose looks. its also kind of weird that the hair does not seem to connect to the forehead. but if you weren't looking for this kind of criticism, just ignore my post.
