Hey buddies,
I always wait to the last minute to actually start painting these. I've had two weeks but didn't have time to start until Saturday night around 10 pm. Well, enjoy, be entertained, and tell me about your experience. Heck, crit too if you have advice.

Very nice! I love it!
However the figures could do with some more darker, bluish tones I think.
Great!!!!

Very tight work man! I really like the designs/tatts on the figures backs. I get the impression that the're either running from someone/thing or rushing to do somthing. I love when a piece tells a story. ![](images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) |

great style and composition! sukhoi might be right about some deeper, more saturated colors in the foreground. that might create more depth, although there's already plenty.
on second thought, more saturated colors might destroy the beautiful watercolor look this has. maybe it's just perfect as is by the way, is this photoshop or painter? |

Yep, I was seeing that the figures needed more contrast from the island too. I think it just needed more time, building up some darker or just more saturated layers of color.
El Scoono: I use photoshop.
I'll start working on the last piece this weekend. It's either little women or great expectations. I'm leaning towards Little Women because it'll make for a great challenge.
