Wow I really like the rendering of the sign on the left, it's really convincing
My crits would be that the perspective seems awkward. I'm not an expert at perspective, but it doesn't seem 'right'. Maybe someone else can elaborate.
Also, I feel that you have overdetailed some parts on the right of the image. Mainly the little control panel. The buttons seem a litte too bright for that lighting situation and my eyes are drawn to that as the focus point.
Other than that I really like this image, especially the warm flooding light.

I really like it. Especially the beams of light, but that's why this one thing caught my attention. With the way the wall is slanted in, and how the figure is laying close to it, it looks like the beams of light would shine on him, or over him. They seem to go under him. It's actually just the two beams of light that go over his torso that bother me.

I do really like it, especially the attention paid to the grass and the sign. Very good work.

The concrete above the sign appears to get smaller in perspective as it moves from the right to left, when it should be the opposite. The viewers position is such that we view the scene from below the level of the grass, therefore the perspective of the grass should elevate more as it moves closer to the left hand side of the picture. Does that make sense?

I agree with ryan that the beams appear to go under the body. The beams should appear over the body but not have as much intensity as the beams over the concrete. This is due to the fact that the body is dark.

Other than that, this is a great piece.

Except the perspective I see that some parts of the image are oversaturated. For example scratches on the door. Reminds me old graphics on Amiga & other systems when only a few colors could be used. The rendering of the sign at the left it perfect :-)

yeah the rays could be much softer...I think it takes alot away from the Russian writing on the sign, the way you have it now.

Too intense.
