Hey,
I just finished this for a RPG book. This guy is a Magic user who belongs to a "club" of mages that strips peoples faces off and sews them into a cloak. The faces are magically animated and give the Mage(s) more power.
I like to think of him as a serial killer with a purpose.

| there are too many inked lines for anything in this picture to stand out properly, and so all the surfaces look like they have the same texture. if you got rid of the cheesy background and applied the same detail you did to the guy to it, and shrank the number of lines on the guy, it would look so much better. I love the idea, though. |

 if those faces are ripped off the skull... how do they keep their face expressions?
