Welcom, it is a nice forum but feedback sometimes takes a while, usually longer than 20 minutes... sometimes much longer.
A nice image, hard for me to understand what it's about though. It does communicate a certain confusion, maybe alienation, but it's not totally depressing because the yellow is so bright... but this could symbolize drugs or hallucinations, the guy does seem a bit angry and crazed, or is he sad? Why is only one eye open? What's he doing, where is he? etc
About the composition, it could use some work, I think it's too balanced. I also think the area of strongest color is too big, just my opinion though. The shading on his head is a bit too unrealistic for me as well, makes his skull look facetted or something... I like his torso a lot though, nice colors and strokes there. |

I love it!
I have to agree with Steven on the composition though. I think even just moving him slightly out of the middle would make the whole compostion a lot stronger.
And I personally would have gone for deeper shadows in a picture like this. Just to make it harsher I guess.
