been working on my portfolio. thought I would let you guys check it out so far. when you get in scroll down for paintings, markers, and pencils.

also, there is a marker drawing in there called "knight". it was done from a painting I saw in here, so if you know the artist I would like to give him credit.

thanx zippzopp! i have most of my work on there, but I am a web designer so thats what I have most of. i like to draw and paint to though

Nice Site and nice art... .
The only thing that I didn't like was the [in a 1200 pixel resolution] small menu on the left... .
Anyway, nice site and good for an portfolio, because you see all the work at once and don't have to get used to some complicated flash menu... .

ian - nope, its unfinished. I should have it mostly done by the end of the weekend though. I won't have any tutorials up for a bit though.

you have potential, that much is clear, but I find your pictures to be far too minimalist. there are almost no backgrounds. also, too many good ones stay in monochrome, and monotonous to look at. colour your demons and mechas, it'll improve the entire portfolio. on the whole, the best one is the interface idea and it would be good to see more creative work like that.

well like I said, web design is what I do, but I try to draw and paint so far. no doubt I could use a lot of improvement. I wish I had more time to practice. the second version of my site will probably be a version of that interface idea, so I am glad you like it.
