Hello Everyone,

I posted here a little while ago regarding a picture of an anime character. -- Finished another character, but there's something I just don't like about the style...

Comments and suggestions are more then welcome ^_^;;

I think the neck is too thick, eyes have some work that needs done, ears are obviously not the same size :| -- the highlights need work... But I'm working on it... -- not used to using programs to color pictures

Thanks,

Linguar

I think that's a lot better than the first thing you posted here.

Well there should be more shades underneath the hair that's falling in her face and on her ears.
Her lips are a lil bit to small for my taste and her nose needs either shades or some more outlining on the bottom.
I like the eyes...

A lot of the obvious mistakes both you and the last perosn to comment have picked up on, mostly line width and shadow work. while some stuff is disproprtioned, this kind of art always is. Good lighting can make anytihng fell more alive, definatly use more contrasting colors. At least try it out, it took me a long time to start using more arguing shades to force areas to stand out. I still have real problems with coloring. Good luck with it.
