Ok I've decided this is finished. Pretty happy with it since it's my first digital painting, though I could keep going but I feel it's time to move on. Let me know what you think.

It looks great.. I am almost pulled in the believe that its real.. but then those coulds.. they kinda look too marshmmellowy. I think its a great pic .. just that yer clouds make the pic feel fake a bit. |

Nice. I like the cloudy horizon cos one can really feel the weather there.
The guy seems to have strict priorities cos it looks like hes got a big fish but his mug of tea is more important. ![](images/smiles/icon_wink.gif) |

Hi,
I really like this pic, the more I look at it the more i like it, very nice ! .. I was looking at it and was thinking to myself what could make it pop a little more and stuff and i was thinking that the water is blue but the sky is kind of an olive? most of the time the waters is a reflection of the sky, i think try messing with some hue and sat on the water or the sky i think it will look cool ! eheh just my two cents ! anyhow nice pic ! |

Believe it or not I copied the sky over the water then droped the opacity and erased some of it closest to the viewer (where the water is bluest). Maybe I could have made it a bit greener :b Thanks for the great feedback. Can't wait to start a new one! |

This reminds me very much of early American folk art . . . its not a style seen very often in digital media . . . I like it, its a nice textural change of pace. |
