Wow. I really like it. That background is absolutely stunning! The caves and the waterfall are just too beautiful.

everything's perfect except for her face.. the eyes look wrong to me, and at this angle the other ear should be visible too...

I like the background, but her head looks
too big and her legs look too small.

This is a really ambitious painting to accomplish. I commend you for having the focus to set out to do something like this. There are some anatomical flaws, but they've been mentioned.

My biggest piece of advice would be to vary the contrast in the foreground and background. The background shouldn't be as vibrant and sharp as the figure in the foreground. You're losing all your depth.

I *really* like the way you painted the shrubs. Very nice!

wooo...i love the background. I think the problem with the queen tho are her shoulders..they appear too high making her sorta look like shes got no neck on one side but looking normal on the other..??..anyway...other then that and what the others pointed out..good job...i so wish you could adjust this preview box at the bottom...cant see the whole image!!..eh well
edit: looking at it again mabey its just the way shes proping herself up??..bah..

i liek it a lot... i don't have time ot crit the girl, so i'm just gunna mention something about the background: it looks great, but it could use a little more distance, you knwo? its hard to tell how far away things are. i think the best way to do this is to lower the saturation, teh further things are away. this gives the feel of distance pretty well. i hope someone else with more knowhow can't eleaberate on this a little more for me :P

Thanks people for the input,
Kaete: thanks
MrT: had some difficulties with the eyes, but i find them well enough in the non scaled version.
Neo: Her legs are indeed a bit small.
Snarf:I dont think i'll ever make such a detailed image on a PC screen anymore, to much zooming even on a 22" screen
n8: what do you mean with preview box? i thought it just diplays on your screen..
I did add some depth to the background but i guess not enough

There's somthing wrong with the head/neck/shoulder alignment. Like her head is set too low on her neck. Also roundness of her neck is comprimised by the straightness of her clavicles. Also the ribcage to hip alignment seems a bit strained. The feeling I get is that she wants to bend to both the right and to the left at the same time. Well that's my 2 cents. I hope I have helped.
