she doesn't really seem to have any hips, I don't think and her left knee looks a little fat besides that its coo

Legs seem fine, just more real-life porportioned than most. Usually women are 7-8 heads tall in artwork other wise they look squished. (guys are 8 - 8.5 tall).

Post ref pic.

Her head looks a bit narrow to me, shoulders too bulky.

Sometimes It seems like I don't think someones artwork is good when I critique, I just am horrid at giving compliments and pointing at good stuff, very skilled at finding small funk-ups.
