This was done for my visual thinking class. My instructor called the project "metaphors"... We had to do 3 differents ones in different mediums, so i decided to do one digital. This is a CatFish. I finished my HorseFly and am now working on my BoxCar... it's gonna be a long night.. still have my perspective project to finish after this...

as for crits, the neck part looks wrong. the head and the body seem separate...though it would be hard to make them blend I guess.
then the foremost fin, is it a fin or a paw?

You're getting soft in your old age, Dave. Your digital work always has that soft, unfocused look to it, stop using such thick brushes!

The facial features are also crooked. The eyes and higher are facing right, and the nose and lower are facing left. The perspective on the tail could be better too. And what's with at front flipper? Looks like a chicken McNugget that's been sitting outside too long.

Damn you suck.

Dropped out of community college. *shock, horror!!* Moved to Seattle. Worked on Harry Potter PC (evil game, mostly evil because AOL/TimeWarner and the pittbulls from EA). Moved back to SB to save money (living with father). Sittin' on my ass waiting to move to Florida to work on another game.

Those of you buying the Harry Potter PC game, stop it! They've sold enough copies, damn it! And I don't see one damn red penny from it all ... not a single damn person who worked on that game gets royalties, including those promised them at the start. The evil management types decided to keep it all for themselves. Evil I say, EVIL!
