The eagle is great! Very powerful lines and curves. The man has a bit of an awkward chin, so you could fix that.
And I would clean it up too, so everything becomes really black and white. Would make it stronger, I think. |

I would agree with jome. I think that a lot of that "type" or "genre" of work tends to be very iconic, with bold shapes and little to no shading. You might want to seperate or distinguish the backround a little bit more. It looks like its just there. Give it some appropriate impact or get rid of it; wise words from some composition teacher i had somewhere...great start though. |

Very nice! I don't really know much about murals or things like that so I can't crit it.
What medium is this? Charcoal? |

It is all done in coloured pencil on an 8X11 sketching paper, took me a hell of a long time to do cuz I lost my prismacolor pencil and had to use some crayola a friend gave me, and those things suck and run out very fast, went throught 3 of them! Oh well, gotta sacrifice right! Thanks for the comments, and the reason that the shading does not look right is because I had to size the picture down and that compresses all the pixels and makes them looks like one big pixel. |
