Hello all,
Here is a piece I did over about 14 hours (yeek!) It is villian from that comic book thing I've been working on. I also did a smaller version so you can see the overall effect. I think it needs work, but I am too close to the piece to see where it needs it. Comments are always welcome.

Great image.
To me, I see a lot of detail that doesn't need to be there. The veins mostly. The buttons on his arm, didn't make much sense to me, as I noticed them before I saw the head. Then, the buttons made more sense. His lower half looks like he has to pee :)
Nice work, a little to stiff of a pose for my liking. Thats my two cents if they help at all... |

OMG that is awsome. The coloring is great . Just one area where the croth is looks a little funny but other then that awsome character design!!  |

First of all i have to say it's a great image, it's just that the purpose seems totaly wrong to me. You say Badass Villan, to me this looks like the villans Bodyguard. The size of his head against his body makes him look like a thug. And as we all know, thugs are stupid grunts with huge muscles and has a vocabulary of "UUuuhrgh!" and "Raaaahhr!".
Often villans have bigger proportioned heads and tend to look a bit weak/frail and therefor the "Bodyguard".
Anyway, that's how i see it. So basicly its a good peice, only i think it would suit better for a bodyguard/grunt figure. |

| Nice image _ But the back leg ( right ) looks like its not bending if thats the case and its straight , meaning he's standing on it thats one short leg and he'd be hobling around ( not very vilian like or maybe very vilain like who knows anyhow nice pic |
