so how is it? worth buying? the game does look nice, but does the main character always have the stupid expression on his face? it looks like he's constapated(spelling?)

it's good stuff.
it's pretty. it's not that corny. it's stylish. it's fun. it feels good to play. the music is good. and god damnit it has decent voice acting. and the story-intro was. ...profound.

on a realted note, what are the system requirements ?

i know that a p3 800mhz with 512 ram and some fancy geforce2 model runs it perfectly smooth at 32bit colors, full details, full textures, full effects, anisotropic filtering for shiz, etc at 1024x768.

my duron 1010mhz with a 32meg g450 runs it sweet.

generally, if you score about 2000 points in 3DMark2001 you're fine. and my pc scored 1600 at best.

although you practically NEED a video card with 32megs of mem on it, and 256megs or more in your system.

well the story itself is cheesy as fuck, but the intro..

it started with totally normal stuff, and then when i realized what was going in it, i literally went "wtf" aloud. and i'm finnish and don't speak in acronyms.

yeah, I started playing a bit yesterday at a friends house. I normally don't like 1st/3rd person shooter games (I usually play much slower paced console RPGs) but this game does so much stuff right that you can't help but like it. Once I get some cash, I'm buying it with no hesitation.

I have been watching the development of this game for a long time, and I went on a binge shopping date by myself (woot) 2 days ago, and bought this game for 78 bucks (slightly expensive), but it was all worth it. This game is soo amazing, especially the bullet time. And the mouse pad adds a special touch to m desktop too, except for that I dont use it now that I have my WAcom Graphire (also acquired by binge shopping).
