Painted in Photoshop from a little 4*2 cm "Comviq kontant" card as reference. Maybe you'll recognize it.
It's my first computer painted picture, must say I was quite satisfied with the result.

Absolutely wonderful. A basset runs my life and you have perfectly captured that noble, yet clown character they have. I'm sending this to work and putting it on my desktop
For a first try, you are amazing. I'm on my hundreth try and I appear to be in the third grade.

the texutre on the dog is absolutely stunning....as for the metal its *alright* but nothing stunning.....
all in all this is a great piece of artwork

The hound and its helm could be two diff pieces there is no continuity there - it looks like two diff people had a bash, The hound ( stunning ) - the helm ( ummmm.... )
