How can i improve the lighting and atmosphere?

dont use the blur tool too much and try too paint more details
the compositions looks ok.

Try not to be so hasty when asking for advice. You'd be surprised at how much more skill you posess when you just spend time on a piece. I'd advise asking for help on pieces that are more finished.
