What's an aquarel? It's a nice pic, but I'd like so see a little something more in the background. That white really competes with the character.

The word "aquarel" isn�t english, that�s for sure. But I know that Alexei means watercolour here. For example in Finland _artists_ prefer the word "akvarelli" (�aquarel�) instead of "vesiv�rit" (watercolours). The word watercolour is usually used by laymen.. |

Yes , i mean water-colour , but in russia it called "aquarel" =) |

Alexei, nice work, even if, as noted, a bit light. But then again, stuff done with aquarel (we call it by the same name here in Finland) done with a white background tend to go that way. In this case I feel the lightness is a warranted effect - the most I have to complain about is her face and the right leg (kinda deformed). |
