Hey! This is the first time i used real colors instead of burn and dodge. It only took me an hour! I also tried to make the image look less "air brushy". I think i succeeded, but I still have a lot of room for improvement. comments are welcome.

golly, what a way to thank his creator.

great stuff-although i suggest using the paintbrush rather than the airbrush. his lip to the left looks really strage. and his nose is off a little bit, but youre doing good so far, keep it up!

'tis nice indeedio

i know it's the perspective of the shot but his nose really looks like it's in the wrong place.. it's asking to be moved to the point in the centre :]

some parts look neat.. almost real.. and some parts just look quite awful.. side of his mouse.. arm.. darker side of belly..

it's like you started well on the top of the head then lost patience going down :]

your right! but i think the nose problem is just the caused by the numbed lip. And i DID get lazy as i went down to the bottom. Im not gonna improve on this, because its just a quick experiment that i did. I just posted this because i need to spot some bad habits and tendncies of mine. Ill try to get my proportions right next time. anytips on colors?

Fur is tough to do, but you didn't do too bad. I avoid problems like this as much as possible because they're just a pain to execute. You might try making some custom brushes and seeing what kind of effect those will have on the image. Might be interesting. Keep it up!
