It's really a nice piece of work. The hair is lovely, but because it's(the hair) finely detailed the face looks blurry. I can tell that you wanted to give the picture depth and a softeness, but maybe you should sharpen the face a little bit.
Also is it just me or is the right eye wrong somehow??? |

You do a great job with the dreamy atmosphere, and you also portray a soft movement. I love it. The only thing I might like to see changed is a few of the areas on the face a bit softer (not so many obvious brush strokes). Or course thats totally preference.
