The top one of Oblagon's looks like two little kids mech talking to eachother, and the second one looks like an apple....

Sorry Ob, I love ya, but you need to give us a little more in the second one.

edit] Hahah... This belongs at the bottom of the last page... I really should check how many pages there are before I post. LOL [/edit

This really isn't a Mech, and sorry it contains some Poser elements but I still think that it is pretty cool. I had alot of help with it (or perhaps I should say that I helped on this image) the major contributor to this image is on this thread. It is a few years old. He hates it when ever I mention posting any "old shitty work" (I've got a bunch of it) so I won't mention any names. He can come forward and lay claim to this if he chooses (I did do some parts of this, I swear!) Don't be too mad "unknown" artist

Made with Poser/PS 5.5/Illustrator 8 the real image is really big like 12"x12" @300dpi

edited for spelling

Oh yeah and speed painting wasn't about speed but about exact and clear definition of form, IIRC. So I don't think it would fit in there. But then again, that objective was lost so long ago.

Great work everybody, a very inspiring thread this is. Gotta see whether I can come up with anything of value for this.

Couple of sketches of mech type things. I don't know how to set up a link so a picture appears on the forum so heres the link to my page they the two sketches on the right.
I'm currently constructing the skeleton for a sculpture based upon one of them, I will post some photos when done. www.geocities.com/philirvinguk
