Agent 44: ya know, that pic of yours (kickass, man) always reminds me of Ace Ventura

[edit] funny, we posted at the same time. referring to the first pic, that comment up there. the second one is a bit too simple for me... needs some more work in my opinion.

i love this thread, and will contribute in a few days... mechs aren't really the stuff i usually do. learning!

anyway, here's one from my 'junk' folder... quickie:

cheers.

Oblagon, I really don't mean to sound at all insulting, but I can't ever make out what your paintings are.. :/ I'm sure that is just your style of painting and a lot of people seem to dig it, but is it just abstract or kind of a messy realism?

Did this guy about a year and a half ago. I'm currently totally reworking the design, and remodeling him from the ground up. I'll start posting some WIP stuff for him pretty soon.

Wigin, Ottawa!!!!!!!!!!! haha

Who's your roommate at Sheridan? I met so many people at that festival.... and my short term memory is so bad... lol Say hi to him for me, it's a small world ya know.

My robot (his name is Jules) was hand painted in Photoshop... it took like a week to paint at work cause I was, and still am kinna slow at it. But I'm very proud of it because a lot of people think it's actually 3D. Since it's all made out on layers I animated a walk cycle in AfterFX, it was a pain but a learning experience I guess....

Let me know how you're doing... I'm doing kinna shity... gotta get out of Ottawa for a while (^_^)....

Big love to all the Canadians and all the people around the world.

Hey Moleculeman, I use Col-Erase pencils, both black and blue color ones. Tria for markers and 3DS Max/Lightwave for 3D. Ed--
