Okay, this is as photorealistic as I can go! I didn't use any reference, though I occasionally looked at my own hand.
Hit me!

thumb looks short, tips of fingers look like E.T. life form, nice flesh texture. over and out. |

thumb is a bit short....overall it looks great. The only thing i'd add is some texture to the knuckles....that would be it though |

Definately a job well done!
However, it looks a little like one of those rubber hands you can throw on walls.
It seems to be a little flat. The nails are really well done!

towards the tips of the fingers it seems to sorta expand ever so slightly, then end sorta flatish. I'd suggest trying to round of the tips more. think sausage fingers. |

i think your thumb needs to be at least as long as your pinky. Looks alittle like an alien hand, maybe needs more knuckle wrinkles or somethin...but its a very good hand, just giving my opinion...its much better than i can do for sure! |

the thumb is a bit the short, and the fingers (except the pinky) are are fingertip to long. |

With the length of the nails, I think we'd still see some fleshy fingertips. |

Thanks a lot for all your comments, they've all been taken into account
I might go back and see if I can fix some of it (or I might not... we'll see, I'm working on some other stuff now, so it's tempting to just let it be ). |
