This is my first time I have really used photoshop to paint my drawings from my scanned drawing (not having a wacom and tracing over a drawing to get fine lines sucks btw) so here it is - Mike
PS. I'm a 'lil intimidated by all you gfx designers but go ahead and give it to me (yes i know some parts of the drawing suck... my fault for whizzin through everything) just so anxious to get this out... forgot all about posting this UHG :P |

oh ya some other comments about it...
I made the drawing (the guy) on paper and scanned but the background was done just in psp with my crappy ass mouse (just recently planted myself in a job and bought a intuos2 6x8 tablet and an optical mouse)
Please rag on me for things, I need it from as many ppl so as the next time I come around to making my next, I will do a way the hell better job (especially now with my tablet)
dont crap on my grammar i know already ;p |

Your figure work looks a little stumpy to me. I'd be willing to bet that originated in your drawing of the figure. You might want to bone up on some anatomy lessons so at least the posture isn't as stiff.
I like the background the best because it's a little more "loose". For a mouse piece your technique is impressive. Need I say a Wacom will make the whole experience faster and more fun?
