each took about a half an hour to forty-five minutes to complete. being abstract expressionistic i dont think some of you will really like these.

well i do like them. the colours are nice, but it's kind of hard to crit them, so i can't think of anything to say. sorry :\

i like them alot, maybe a bit to much white, but quite expressive nonetheless.

I like the first one and the last one. The reason is that in those two, pieces are seperated, giving me a relaxed break from the violent imagery. I especially like the last one, it's rich in texture and variation (the black dot on the top right corner is a good call). However, the second and the third are not as good as those, it seems like you're trying to show off your geomatric composition so it leads you to fill up the entire space with paint. I can't feel anything expressive about rectangular and triabgular shapes. But they're nice to look at.

thanks for the comments guys, seeing how you people are usually very realism oriented, i just thought a break from seeing so much realism would be nice. once again, thanks for the great comments!

robert: they're not an abstraction of anything, they were done from how i felt at the time... thus the term 'expressionistic.' i expressed how i felt
