Can some one give me tips to make the mountains and trees appear more solid.. All my work ends up kinda blurry and not solid..

well, you have to use a sharp edged brush. also, you'll have to decide which edges you want to keep sharp, because it looks like you keep playing until they're all worn away.
did you use any reference for this image?

To make the mountains more "solid" : Use harder brushes, and stronger more defined colors.

If I had the skill to do a draw over I would, perhaps one of the veterans could help in that feild.

everything looks blurry because you depend too much on custom brushes. they won't do any good if you don't know how to draw a tree or a mountain, keep that in mind. and add some contrast, some sharp edges. be more picky when it comes to colors. you need to tighten it, basically.
