This is (mostly) a brush & ink/watered-up acrylic piece, jazzed up in Photoshop. I have a hard time starting from scratch in Photoshop, but like the ability to fix mistakes, experiment, and generally make the tones slicker on a scanned piece. n

Looks cool and has loads of character. I like the look on the face of the guy to the left. He really looks like someone from real life. The thick outline you've put around each chracter is a cool cartoon feature as well.
I'm really not sure about the guy at the back though. The clefts he has running down from his cheekbones make his face look very unusual, and I haven't seen anyone in my lifetime that has those before. Also, I think you've got overboard on the zits on his face. Only if the guy you're drawing is really proud of his acne problem should you put loads of zits on his face. Otherwise, try to look for other features that define his face and just put a few zits below his eyes.

Cool stuff!

Nice! Brush and ink is my favourite technique too, and I use PS for exactly the same reasons. I don't mind if the face looks unnatural (doesn't apply here...), it works, right? I never went up to a grafitti artist to tell him the face of one of his comics wasn't right.
The weakest point is the right face. Maybe you could rework that? That's something I would do.
Very ice cover, I like it a lot.
