Hey everyone! Sorry for being totally absent for the past few months. I've been in school, and that's been taking all my free art time away (you'd think that going to art school would help me make MORE art). Anyway, I wanted to make something new, but I just couldn't force myself to make something like I always did (coloring linework) so I've started working in a diferent style. There's still linework, but the approach is totally diferent.
Well, here's something for you after all this time of absence. I should be posting more often now, as I've gotten used to my schedule now. hope you like it.
Sorry if it takes a while to load, slow server. And I have a larger version, but I'll refrain from posting that right now. |

you can never go wrong with hot spy chicks in halter tops. something about a restrained woman's belly button turns me on.
... heh heh.
not sure about that phallic shiny object the closest hot chick is fondling. you got a sick mind, my friend... or is that me? |

What was wrong with the old style?
It's nice, BTW. Kinda reminescent of Paul Pope.

hehe, one of the first lessons I learned in femenis----uhh... I mean art school, is that EVERYTHING is phallic, guaranteed. If in doubt, it's phallic. You can't hold a pencil in the building without a stalky female scowling at you.
But no, in this case its just a glowing bottle...really........ |

I like it. The colors are groovy. The contrasts made with size, color and detail is good too.
Trying new styles is good. I think you should try doing something without lines too. |

Ah I want a gooey slave blob! He's cute!
Anyways, on to more relevant matters.
I like the contrast of the colours, very bold. However, I think my favorite part is the white shine on the bondage girl's pants. It's rough and painterly, I really like that kind of thing. (Prolly cuz I can't do anything but shiny and smooth!)
And I say there should be more phallic symb... er glowing bottles in things these days. *chuckle*
On a side note: Just like to say I really admire your stuff. Found your work on Elfwood a couple years ago and have been a fan ever since. But dangit man, update your site more often, yer killin' me with the waiting!

p.s. Kidding about the updates. Quality over quantity right? |

Very cool new style Isric. I especially like the woman on the right, something reminds me of Jamie Hewlitt about it.
Hope to see more from you soon, great stuff. |

Isric how is school, other then being the black hole of time. variety, is the way to go. Good colours, but I question the use. They make some great planes and depth. Yet they create confustion. The restrained spy is well done and is the focus of the piece. Yet her capturer is lost and does not look like he is near the same depth, perhaps if he was a darker shade of red. The foregound character is good, though she looks like she is a different style as the spy. Some purple skin tones I think would help that.
It could also go the other way and tone down the captured spy would also give some balance to the image.
alway looking forward to your stuff.
