Hello to everyone, I've recently found this board and been sneaking around for a while And now I decided to register myself up.
This is little pic from me. I did it for movieposter contest held on Finland's largest computer magazine, Mikrobitti (Microbit)
I actually was satisfied with it, but I can't help that I'm not anymore :/ Anyways, here it is:

i had to come back to this one..

over all I like the image. there are just a couple things that bother me tho..

1) the edges dont seem clearly defined.. especially where her skin and clothes meet the background.

2) something about the shading, there doesnt seem to be a clearly defined lightsource, so it ends up looking rather flat. especially inthe head area...

all in all I like it tho.

The wings don't look like they would've been useful (even before they got torn up). This is due to the strange bone structure used. If you made the wings based on the anatomy of the human arm and extended the size of the fingers until they reached 20 times the original (except the thumb) and put skin between them you'd have a nice pair of bat's wings

The hair looks a little too uniformly arranged; the spikes of hair are all evenly spaced.

It looks like the title of the movie is "HASOERS" but the website has "hassers" written instead.

Sharpening up the image would really make it look more interesting.

good gosh or something. I know two Ottos. Heikkil and Hassinen .. If it is one of those, where did you know that?

And yeah, that poster. It wasn't actually what I was supposed to send in. I just got lazy and used some old picture with some text.

BTW, how's your Wacom? Has it arrived yet? Do you have one already?
