A friend of mine was watching porn and he came upon a pornstar that looked like Aki's boyfriend Grey in Final Fantasy.. He sent me a snapshot and OMFG it's the same person!

hehe..hats funny snake..they prob used him for photo reference..hehehe..anyhow, i got 2 tickets to the advanced screening down here in oz...and as far as the movie goes on a whole it was quite ordinary..nothing mind boggling and nothing to think about when you walked away, but as for the CG..*wow*..i didnt really mind the lip sync..hell...nobody moved their lips and made sound outta their voice boxes for the first 5 minutes of the thing...all you people here got the hanging out for it..aaannd they really shoulda fixed the chik up when she was crying...it soo didnt look right..anyway..all they gotta do now is to use digitised voices..ha  |

i thought it was good. The CG was awesome (apart from obvious lip-synching problems, but hey - nobody's perfect), the storyline wsa good, but not great (although i loved the ending) and the bad guy wasnt evil enough, to my mind.
anyways, i would see it again. |

I thought the story line was very dry, and the facial animation was even worse.. they displayed almost no emotion, and poor lip synching.. but the cg scenes were preety fantastic..
The character models were good.. but they werent as photoreal as they claimed, and I would have rathered that they went with the stylised look they do well in the games.
my 2 cents. Ok movie.. got all too boring the second time.. not even going to bother watching it again just to see some preety cg. |
